This workshop looks at each participant’s sleep problems and the consequences. It offers coaching techniques and provides insight into how to achieve better, more restorative sleep.

Before taking part in the workshop, the participants will be asked to complete a sleep and dream diary, which will be evaluated and individually discussed during the workshop to find out if specific issues need to be approached.
