Dr. Brigitte Holzinger befasst sich mit den Auswirkungen der Psyche auf den Schlaf und die damit eng verbundene Traumwelt. Durch ihre Forschungsprojekte verdeutlicht sie Zusammenhänge und deckt neue Therapiemöglichkeiten auf. Ihre Erkenntnisse fließen nicht nur in ihren Sachbüchern ein, sie sind auch Gegenstand verschiedener Publikationen, Kurse und Seminare.
