Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The purchase contract is only concluded upon separate order confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods or provision of the digital content.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include statutory VAT.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply, which will be shown separately during the ordering process.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
The delivery time is stated in the respective offer.
If a product is not available, we reserve the right not to fulfill the delivery. In this case, you will be informed immediately and any payments already made will be refunded.
Digital Content
Digital content is made available to the customer after conclusion of the contract in a suitable form, for example by download or by email.
The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the provided content exclusively for private use.
Distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is not permitted.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply.
Liability
We are only liable for damages in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, we are also liable for slight negligence, but only for typically foreseeable damage.
Liability for personal injury remains unaffected.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in the separate withdrawal instructions.
Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at:

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
