Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
in the case of a single order for several goods delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the last item.

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier, the cancellation period begins upon conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or post) of your decision to cancel this contract.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings (e.g., CDs) if they have been unsealed after delivery.

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of cancellation expires prematurely if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the cancellation period expires, and you have confirmed that by giving your consent you lose your right of cancellation.
