This body and movement oriented seminar offers a variety of exercises (relaxation techniques, autogenic training, endurance training, massage, etc.), as well as counselling on subjects such as self-organisation and time management.

Languages open up the world:
This three day long workshop aims at refreshing basic knowledge in English. A native speaker accompanies you.

Special modules for your organisation, such as "How to be on the telephone", "Negotiating” or “Team Development” can be designed upon request and conducted in English with a native speaker.

Body Expression & Language
"The 6th Sense"
The many signals of the human body, such as facial expression, voice and tone, gestures, posture, movement, distant behaviour and outfit, speak a meaningful and ambiguous language. You have the opportunity to enhance your self-perception as well as your perception of others. You will also gain an understanding for the cooperation of emotion and body expression. In the future, you will be able to consciously observe, listen and develop a sense for this kind of communication.

Rhetoric & Communication I
This practice-oriented basic course offers the possibility of checking one’s rhetoric and communication competencies and enhancing them with competent support. At the same time it is an important prerequisite for the participation in further, more in-depth seminars.

Based on the basic course, this course focuses on your personal development as speaker and communicator. Particularly difficult speaking situations will be practised. Individual support through lots of exercises (with audio and video support), as well as ideas and intense feedback are offered.
